BIM Architect

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models that accurately represent the project’s design and specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Generate construction documentation and reports directly from the BIM model, facilitating efficient and accurate communication with construction teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in creating and managing 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Experience in construction documentation and report generation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
